MATTEL
For the past three years I was overseeing and managing the creative day-to-day of Mattel Creations, Mattel’s DTC platform. I established and developed the Mattel Creations brand, brand campaigns, marketing assets, earned and paid social, as well as influencer campaigns resulting in growing Mattel’s DTC portfolio from $5M in sales in 2021 to surpassing $100M in 2023. I spearheaded concept development and campaign strategies for countless product drops, from VIP Brand Collaborations to Disney, Warner, NFL, Marvel, and many more. I managed, directed, and mentored a team of inhouse designers, photographers and videographers, stop-motion animators, as well as external agencies to create campaigns, social content, experiential and event designs, etc.
